Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the building and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large-scale construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and manage project activities, including site preparation, construction, and handover
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
